Heshtel Towers is a complex consisting of five tomb towers, the largest of which belongs to Commander Mir Qavam-ed Din Marashi of the Marashi dynasty (1359 to 1596) of Mazandaran who lost his life in a battle against Timur the Lame (1336- 1405). The tetrahedronal tomb is attached to a mosque.
