Ali Qoli Aqa Bath was built by a Safavid courtier of the same name. The structure has a changing room (sarbineh) and a hot chamber (garm khaneh). There are elevated platforms around the octagonal sarbineh. The bath has been turned into a museum open to the public.

What amazes me is the engineering of these traditional baths, there was a spring at the top of the bath and the water flow was guided to the bath, also underneath the surface of the ground of the bath there are narrow channels called Cat Walk in Farsi :) which were responsible for transferring the hot air so the bath would become like a modern today Sauna. Public baths such as this were more than just baths, they were a place for social gatherings, massage center, and all other medical services were presented in such places.
