The Shiraz Carpet Museumis located in the Karim Khan Farrash Historic House. The museum houses over 60 exquisite hand-woven carpets unique to Shiraz. Shiraz carpets mainly feature red and brown colors and often use diamond-shaped lozenges as the primary motif. The Shiraz carpet is the only Persian rug that depicts nightingales.
