The Precious Stones Museum of the Fatemeh Masoumeh Shrine includes agate, pearl and jade collections. Agate pieces are mostly datable to the Safavid (1501-1722) and Qajar (1785–1925) eras and have Quranic, prayer and divine names inscribed on them in the Nastaleeq hand. This museum also showcases gold medallions with Persian miniature paintings, weapons with gold ornamentation, axes with gold and enamel ornamentation and embellished swords.
