Bahram Choobin Ravine is an area containing the ruins of a fortress and military towers used as a stronghold by 6th century Sassanid commander Bahram who overthrew Khosrau II (570- 628) and ruled for a year before Khosrau II took back his throne. The fortress is made of stone and gypsum, and has four water reservoirs. The area is a popular attraction due to its beautiful nature.
